Trade Manager Group ("Trade Manager," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and your rights regarding your information.

- Usage Data: Log files, IP addresses, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, features used, and actions taken on the Platform.
- Trading Configuration Data: Strategy settings, webhook configurations, API connection metadata, routing rules, and performance metrics you enter into the Platform.
- Communication Data: Support tickets, Discord messages within Trade Manager's community, and email correspondence with Trade Manager.

2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Platform
- To process payments and manage your subscription

Trade Manager does not sell your personally identifiable information to third parties. We may share your information with:
- Payment processors and billing providers to complete transactions
- Cloud infrastructure and hosting providers necessary to operate the Platform
- Analytics providers using anonymized or aggregated data only
- Law enforcement, courts, or regulators where required by law or valid legal process

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data subject to legal retention requirements.

The Platform is not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete it.
